Cancellation Policy
At Kiyara Global Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our travel cancellation policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
1. Cancellation Requests
-
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
-
- The official cancellation date will be considered the date we receive your written request.
-
- Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Tour Package Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges vary depending on the destination, travel season, and service providers involved (airlines, hotels, cruises, etc.). Below is a general guideline:
-
- 30 days or more before departure: Deposit may be non-refundable
-
- 15–29 days before departure: 25%–50% of total package cost
-
- 7–14 days before departure: 50%–75% of total package cost
-
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total package cost
Note: Promotional fares, peak-season bookings, visa fees, flights, cruises, and special services may be completely non-refundable as per supplier policies.
3. Refund Process
-
- Approved refunds will be initiated after confirmation from respective airlines, hotels, or service providers.
-
- Refund timelines depend on third-party policies and banking processes.
-
- Bank charges, transaction fees, administrative costs, or currency conversion differences may be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments Instead of Cancellation
In certain cases, modifying your travel dates or itinerary may be possible instead of canceling your booking. Amendment charges, fare differences, or supplier fees may apply depending on availability and policies.
5. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, or civil disturbances—cancellations and refunds will be governed strictly by the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
